Victory in the Name of Jesus

In the incomparable name of our beloved Jesus Christ, I send my greetings of love to each one of you. Again, it is a great pleasure to meet you with this short piece of meditation. The topic of our meditation for today is victory.

In Ps 75:6 the verse says, ‘from the east and from the west and from the direction of the desert there will be no victory’. Beloved, no matter where we think we can get victory, victory will not come. Because; The scriptures teach that our fleshly effort is of little avail.

So how will victory come? Who will win?

Victory comes from the Lord. Let’s look at some Bible verses to prove this.

*1John 4: 4 Children, you are of God and have overcome them. For greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world.

*Job 32: 13 Not man, but God shall overcome him. 

* Psalm 144: 10 You give victory to kings and save your servant David from the wicked sword.

*Proverbs 21:31 The horse will be prepared for the day of battle; victory will come from the Lord.

Beloved, are you facing failure in your life today, failure in whatever you see, failure in whatever you do? Are you longing when I will get a victory in my life? Don’t get tired and don’t panic. Because; We have a victorious Lord whose name is Jehovah Nissi. He will make us victorious.

Scripture says in Daniel 6:28 Daniel’s work was successful during the reign of Darius and during the reign of Cyrus the Persian.

Let’s look at some of the things that Daniel did so that Daniel’s work was successful.

1. Even while in Babylon, he kept the heat of his spiritual life undiminished.

2. He said no to things he should have said no to.

3. He was fair.

4. He depended on the Lord.

5. He prayed.

These are the reasons why Daniel’s work was successful.

Beloved! If we observe these things, the Lord, the victorious power of Israel, will also make our affairs victorious.

May the Lord bless you and give you victory according to these words. Pray this short prayer with me for victory now.

 Prayer

       Father of our love who loves and guides us dearly! Praise be to You for this blessed time. Father! You are the one who gives us victory. We will have victory from you. Thank you for giving us victory, the one whose name is Jehovah Nisi. I pray in the name of Jesus that Christ will go before us throughout this month and lead us to victory! Good Father! Amen.
