God of great things..!

You will do great things

In the sweet name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, our loving greetings to all. Today I am very happy to share this short meditation with you.

Our Lord is great and does great things. We, His people, are called to do great things. May the Lord give you grace to do great things throughout this month.

1 Samuel 26: 25 Then Saul said to David, “May you be blessed, David my son; you will do great things and surely triumph.” ‘You will do great things,’ Saul tells David. Beloved, the Lord says to you today, ‘You will do great things’.

One thing that is fundamental for us to do great things is Exodus 34: 10 – Then the Lord said: “I am making a covenant with you. Before all your people I will do wonders never before done in any nation in all the world. The people you live among will see how awesome is the work that I, the Lord, will do for you. God must be with us. And 2 Chronicles 15: 2 (He went out to meet Asa and said to him, “Listen to me, Asa and all Judah and Benjamin. The Lord is with you when you are with him. If you seek him, he will be found by you, but if you forsake him, he will forsake you). According to this verse, if the Lord wants to be with us, we must also be with him. In Mark 3:14, it is said that Jesus chose 12 people to be with him. This is why the Lord chose us today. We can only do great things if the Lord is with us.

Here we will see some things when the Lord will be with us.

1. The Lord is with us when we are alone with God. (Mat 26: 40 Then he returned to his disciples and found them sleeping. “Couldn’t you men keep watch with me for one hour?” he asked Peter).

2. The Lord will be with us when we do what pleases God. (John 8: 29 The one who sent me is with me; he has not left me alone, for I always do what pleases him).

3. The Lord will be with us when we partake of God’s feast. (John 6: 56 Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in them).

If we follow these without fail, surely the Lord will be with us! We will do great things!

“Heavenly Father of our love! Thank you for this good time. Praise be to You for being with us. Give us grace to be with you. Thank You that You are going to do great things with us. I commit myself to your hands. In Jesus name we pray Father, Amen.
